In this season the growth of the tea is very slow and the workers can only bring in a very small quantity of leaves making it truly special. The workers carefully pluck the tea leaves while making sure that only the best shoots with eminent buds are plucked. The teas are very mildly oxidized and delicately processed to ensure there is minimal damage. The result is an amazingly tippy tea in the autumn flush season.
